  • First, DON'T PANIC
  • There are actually very few Orthdontic emergencies and most can be resolved at home, by yourself
  • if you are experiencing irritation, try moving the wire away from the irritiated area with a cotton swab
  • it is common to lose a separator or two during treatment, call the office to see if it needs to be replaced
  • in case of a situation you cannot resolve on your own, call the office to schedule an appointment
